1) Fill out the form below. We will contact via the e-mail/phone you provide with instructions for payment for the coach packets. You can either pay through your organization or we can bill each coach individually. Payment instructions will be sent to you after registration.

NOTE: If you reach 20 students, the cost of the coach packets will be refunded to all those who purchased.

2) At the beginning of the semester, you will collect payment from the students who wish to participate in the program.  Fee is $100 per student. For payment, you can either have the students make checks out directly to us, or we can bill you or your school the full amount of requested student packs and you can have the students pay you or your school directly. You will be sent further instruction on how to make payments after registration. We accept checks and all major credit cards.

3) Once payment is submitted or guaranteed, we will send you by email student activation codes that students can use to access the site immediately.

4) Students/coaches can be added throughout the semester following the same process.
